Privacy Policy
Last updated October 22, 2026
QUBILO compares electric bikes so you can choose with confidence. We collect as little as possible: you can use the whole site without creating an account or telling us who you are. This page explains what does happen when you visit.
Who runs QUBILO
QUBILO (qubilo.store) is run by Martn Juhal, based in Argentina. For any question about this policy or your data, write to info@qubilo.store.
What we collect
- Nothing you type. QUBILO has no accounts, no newsletter and no contact forms. We never ask for your name, email or payment details.
- Approximate location, only to show local weather. If you visit from the United States, our hosting provider estimates your city from your IP address. We use it once to show the time and weather near you on the home page, through the U.S. National Weather Service. We do not store it or link it to you.
- Your theme choice. If you switch between light and dark mode, your browser remembers it in local storage on your device. It never leaves your browser.
- Anonymous traffic statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not use cookies or local storage and does not identify you or follow you across other websites.
- Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider (Vercel) and our DNS provider (Cloudflare) process standard technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the pages and keep the site secure, under their own privacy policies.
Cookies, pixels and similar technologies
QUBILO itself does not set advertising cookies or tracking pixels. When you click a link to Amazon, you leave our site. Third parties, including Amazon, may collect information directly from you and place or recognize cookies on your browser to show you products, credit purchases to our affiliate account and serve ads. That activity is governed by the Amazon.com Privacy Notice.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage interest-based ads shown by Amazon in your Amazon advertising preferences. Industry opt-out tools, such as the Digital Advertising Alliance’s YourAdChoices, let you opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies.
How we use information
Only to run the site: to deliver the pages, show local weather, understand which pages are useful and protect QUBILO from abuse. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
We work with a few service providers to run the site: Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (domain and DNS, and anonymous analytics) and the U.S. National Weather Service (weather, which receives approximate coordinates only). The bike data we show is stored with Supabase and contains no information about visitors. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Children
QUBILO is meant for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information a website holds about you, to ask for it to be deleted and to opt out of its sale or sharing. Because QUBILO does not store personal information about visitors, there is usually nothing to delete, but you can always ask us at info@qubilo.store and we will answer within 30 days.
Where data is processed
QUBILO is run from Argentina, and our service providers process data mainly in the United States.
Changes to this policy
If we start using new tools, for example to measure ads, we will update this page before they go live and change the date at the top.
